Results: Received 10,134 complaints for inquiry.

The report made many recommendations including the payment of reparations to the families of the disappeared, the taking of statements from those who were detained and have been released, and the prosecution of those held to be responsible.

LATEST UPDATE
 

January 2008: The UN has criticised the Commission for being slow to take action against suspected perpetrators, and emphasises that the compensation paid to families should be the same irrespective of status.
