Mandate: Established by the African National Congress (ANC) to continue the work of the first ANC commission with new independent commissioners, again looking at cases from 1979-1991.
 
Staff: 3 independent commissioners

Structure: Set up like formal court trials. (50 witnesses heard)

Results: Documented 32 cases of torture and other abuse in ANC detention camps
